Initially, we only needed a small level of support but the charity grew and, as it did, Nicky continued to support us.  As we needed more help, she grew a team to make sure she could always continue to meet our needs.

Whatever we have asked of her, Nicky has delivered. Often the requirements have changed at short notice or new projects have come in and Nicky has managed the changes with minimal supervision from us. I have been impressed with her ability to cope with increasing demands and still deliver.

She and her team communicate with our members daily and do so accurately and professionally whether by phone or text.   Nicky is always there to pick up the phone if there is an issue or something new needs accommodating.  She is a valuable part of our operations and team.
